Yeah they are getting close. I literally spent 2 days on one stupid issue cutting, welding, throwing a wrench cause it wasnt working, redoing bracket mounts, cutting new parts, rewelding, scratching my head. I figured it out with button head bolts. Picked some up but ended up cleaning up the garage today because it looked like a atomic bomb went off in there with all the piles of metal, brackets and a **** ton of dust. No one ever said making custom brackets for someone thats 6'5 to give them a inch+ headroom WITH a helmet was easy...all around a full time job.
I love you Chris for your patients.

Is next week too optimistic? I at least need them by nov 22. I want to attend my first OK autocross and it'd be nice to have them in for it.

This was actually pre-no job money but yes I have a habit of spending money on my car with no legitimate income it was never that much money though -- mostly spent on track days to keep me occupied while doing absolutely nothing
so far these work really good. I have a lot more head room and they provide much more support for when I'm watching TV or playing xbox... ....

I will get a roll bar and harness eventually but right now i'm satisfied with the extra headroom and bolstering.
Harnesses and a roll bar are only like another $1k but i'll probably try to get them within the next 6 months or so.
