Farewell Party for dmp!!
Those of us in the NW Forum who have had the extreme pleasure of driving with and/or working on cars with Darin (dmp), would like to give him a proper send-off before he moves his family to Atlanta on July 1st.
It looks like a few of us can make it on Friday, June 27th, but this date is still tentative based on Darin's availability. The party will probably be dinner if we have enough time, so plan sometime between 6 and 7ish. Location TBD... RSVP asap!! Here's the list of who is planning to attend so far: 05TiGr8Lady kristopher_d shaunv74 and Jen ANIBALRX8 Revlis (maybe... he has out of town visitors tho) |

Hope your relocation goes well Darin . BTW - He never mentioned it at the time but my bro in law TC who you met that day was a Chief in the USAF ..... Doesn't mean anything to me but aparently its a big deal :dunno: |
I probably won't be able to make it by 6:00 just knowing work and traffic from my end. I will probably be able to make 7:00.

So here's the plan.... :) Given that Darin ALWAYS came up north to drive with us, we're going to visit him on his turf!!
Restaurant: Powerhouse Restaurant and Brewery (they have a kid menu!!) 454 East Main, Puyallup http://www.powerhousebrewpub.com/main.html Date: Friday, June 27th Time: 7pm-ish (some of us northenders might be a tad late due to traffic, and if Mary gets held-up by movers, maybe she can join us!) Anibal - Thanks so much for the offer of your pool and stuff...! Maybe we'll go there after dinner if people don't have to run home. |

FYI - They don't take reservations, but they said the wait would be short at that time of night if a table wasn't available right away. Whoever gets there first - get a table that would handle 8 to 10. Thanks to Shaun for doing the research and finding Powerhouse :) |

Hey Darin it was great to see you and the kids last night! I'm glad to see you are happy with Alabama and it sounds like things are going really well. We'll have to meet up for Spring break!

Thank you for a great time at dinner yesterday. I had a lot of fun. The food was good too! Thank you to linda for buying dinner and desert for us. I will miss you all!!
