1) Nemesis8 / '04 MT / NA / Current MMCCS Customer Tune + Dyno $236
2) Dondo / '04 MT / FI Pettit SC / Current MMCCS Customer Tune + Dyno $386
3) Pdxhak / '04 MT / NA / New AP Purchase & MMCCS Tune + Dyno $731
4) and1kidd / '04 MT / NA / New AP Purchase & MMCCS Tune + Dyno $731
5) X Rx8 / '05 MT / NA / New AP Purchase & MMCCS Tune + Dyno $731
6) Interpol / '04 MT / NA / Current AP Owner & MMCCS New Enrollment Customer Tune + Dyno $386
7) dannobre / '04 MT / NA / Current AP Owner & MMCCS New Enrollment Customer Tune + Dyno $386

Is that what you guys calculated?

:icon5:

yeah thats what i calculated. 7 is a good number to fit into an 8 hour day right? isn't that enough to get this going?

pdxhak 10-12-2010 08:59 PM

Numbers look correct.

Nemesis8 10-12-2010 09:06 PM

I think the only ones that are 100% are:

me, dondo, and pdxhak

and1kidd, X Rx8, Interpol, & dannobre need to confirm. Then I will send the reserve money to secure the day, and alert Jeff.

That is some serious beans, but you will love the outcome. Trust me. I was an early purchaser of the AP and MMCCS, ran for a long time, then spent the money on a dyno tune with shaun. Car drove great but gave up the ghost to compression loss. Then I dropped mega dead green presidents on the rebuild, bought in again to the MMCCS at full price, and now I'm going to dyno tune again! Plus I am signed up for the AccessTuner Webcast series....

Good Lord, you would think I love this car.

lol i did the same thing. bought the ap before the price drop, got mmccs, dyno tuned with mm, boosted, bought mmccs at full price again, and now back to dyno tune again. ;)

It is all good. I do not consider the AP purchase as part to the dyno day. It is means to an end and something I need to purchase regardless.

think of it as 350 bucks for each new engine. :D:

pdxhak 10-12-2010 09:40 PM

oh damn that is cold!

X Rx8 10-13-2010 10:23 AM

Looks good for me. Can't miss out on this!

Now I needa order some coils

Nemesis8 10-13-2010 10:48 AM

Thanks for confirming! Now we need:

and1kidd
Interpol
dannobre

To confirm participation this week.

:wiggle:

Nemesis8 10-13-2010 11:27 AM

Numbers got bumped by $50 for each tune, since one person just wants a dyno maybe now. You guys can pick on him if you want. :) (If he drops out of the dyno portion, that will bump us another $14 more each for the Surgeline portion.)

Now we for sure need more involvement to bring the numbers back down...

Nemesis8 10-15-2010 09:18 AM

OK, looks like this is it guys. The Northern Cali guys just had an event a few months ago, so looks like there will not be anybody joining from there. Does everyone want to go forward from here knowing the cost involved?

pdxhak 10-15-2010 09:25 AM

I'm still in. Less cars means more individual tuning time from MM :)

X Rx8 10-15-2010 10:32 AM

Damn where is everybody at? This is a great opportunity.

I'm still in.

Nemesis8 10-15-2010 11:15 AM

and1kidd and Interpol need to confirm please :icon5:

I'm still in also, and I will pay for the lunch that day. (Breakfast and dinner are on your own.) Since I am 143 miles away, I will depart early crack of ass Sat morning, and be at the shop by 8AM. First car on the rollers at 9AM.

If Jeff flies up Friday night, you local owners will need to entertain him that night.

Plan Saturday Dec 4th

pdxhak 10-15-2010 11:39 AM

Nemesis8,

You are doing more then enough. Since I'm local I can help out with food and drinks. I can bring donuts, coffee and bagels. Let me know.

Nemesis8 10-15-2010 12:04 PM

It's all good

I updated my math based on the list, and will fix post #1

pdxhak 10-15-2010 12:20 PM

OK cool. If everyone wants to hangout after then I can check with the wife about having everyone over for some BBQ :) Or we can go to a local bar.

I'm pretty low-maintenance.

Nemesis8 10-16-2010 01:12 PM

I know this is getting out of hand.... I do not want to pay anymore than I have to.

Where else can we look?

dondo 10-17-2010 11:54 AM

non rx8s that mm can tune? doesn't he do ms3 and such now?

pdxhak 10-17-2010 01:52 PM

^Good point. Although I'd prefer we get enough 8s to register.

I may need two slots as well :D:
