Anyone in Portland area with an exhaust system
 

Hey guys,

It's great to finally join this forum - I picked up my Black 6-speed Sport a couple of weeks ago and so far am loving it. I can't help to wonder how much better it would sound with a new exhaust system though. I've pretty much narrowed my choices down to a Mazdaspeed, Racing Beat or Borla system.

If anyone has one of these systems in the area I would love to meet up and hear it in person - plus I figure it would provide a good opportunity to meet some local 8 enthusiasts!

Try hitting up one of the RPNW monthly meetings, I think they are in Portland.

Yeah, few RX-8 guys in RPNW. Not sure who all has exhaust though.

I think the meetings are held on the first (I think the first) Wednesday of every month in SW Portland at a pizza place (Round Table I believe). At least that's how it was when I use to go.

nemesis8 has the racing beat. he doesnt live in portland but you might try to meet up with him. have you read the drive to mt. st helens thread?

Thanks for the info guys. I did read the thread to mt. st Helens. Unfortunately, I'll be outta town that week......sounds like fun though.

I've got the Borla on 8. I'd be happy to "share" the sound with you sometime. :D
