350z engine

So my 06 rx8 has 150k+ miles and I want to swap engines. The mechanic at the Mazda dealership told me that I can put a 350z engine on an rx8 and they are willing to put it in. I found one for $3200 with 50k miles from a manual 2008 350z..My question is, do you have to do any modification to install this engine on a rx8?

I'm pretty sure it wont just drop in either there will probably be hell to pay for whomever thinks that but yea do what Arca ex said so they will be obligated to delivery and dont go over the agreed price.

If you don't think that swap is going to be problematic, I hope you have more dollars than sense.

You should check out this new thing called "Google."

There are a bunch of swapped 8s running around in Pakistan because they don't have the experience or patience to deal with rotaries. Every one I've seen looks like it was installed in a hurry using a sawzall, though.
