Stage 1 Clutch and lightened flywheel

i need to change the clutch on the car and looking for a stage 1 and a lightweight flywheel I have a 55 plate 192 don't really want to spend more than £400 on the both but if there is a good set I might pay more I'm in the U.K. Any links I will be seriously grateful for

There is no reason to install anything more than the OE clutch in this car. It is capable of clamping mild turbo applications. All you get with a stage 1 clutch is a bunch of compromises, without offsetting benefits.

WHat about a lighter flywheel I've been told to change when I change the clutch

You may need to have the flywheel resurfaced, depending on its condition, but you do not need a new one.

A lightweight flywheel is a matter of personal preference. It makes this car, that is already fast to rev up and back down, rev even faster. That may be a good thing, but the potential downsides are flywheel lash and more labored driving. First gear starts are more challenging, and throttle management on downshifts also takes more care.

I tend to like lightweight flywheels in piston cars, but not in rotary cars.
