Angry rx-8 started fine then died when i put it in drive.

Hey guys, I don't know too much about cars, these threads have answered a lot of my questions. I have a 2007 mazda rx-8, and today I turned my car on (it started fine) I drove up the street and came back home, made sure the engine was warm before shutting off because ive flooded my car about 2 times now from not letting it warm up, I go back and turn it on a little later to let my friend out of the driveway, and I again let it sit for a few to warm the engine up, I get in (while it is running) I put it in drive and it completely died, it wont crank over, it wont attempt to crank or start, nothing. Ive had a battery charger on it for a few hours now and nothing, not even enough power to roll my windows back up or even lock the car, the gauges keep flickering up and down when I open the door. Please help! and once again I'm not very smart when it comes to car stuff so if anyone can help and maybe dumb it down for me that would be awesome... also this has never happened to my car before. thanks

by the way my car only has 63k miles on it, ive kept up with my oil changes, my battery is about 2 years old, but hasn't failed me before, and an engine light popped up a few weeks ago.

I would check the battery connections first. ..

And then the battery.....

Then the main fuse..and the connections at the fuse box
