Rotary in my 67 mustang please help me!! Wont stay running

So to make this short I have a 2004 rx8 chassis and driveline in my 67 mustang schell. The engine will run for 3 seconds. And will not rev if i feather the throttle it dies. I have cleaned the e-shaft sensor. Reset fuel perametres. Checked for spark on all cylinders. Compression seems ok above 90(because my tester is broke and wont built pressure) i got the chassis from an rx8 that had smashed into a pole so it was running. The car when starts runs for 3 seconds lingering around 1700 rpm then immediatly dies. Will rev up to 3500 only if i put fuel in the cylinders manually. Still dies after 3 seconds. Because of the project. Door locks air bags etc are removed and am concerned about immobilizing issues? I believe i bypassed fuel relay to try and keep car running can here the pump on but car still dies. Am i not getting enough fuel or is computer killing spark? Idk whats going on. I do not have coolant in the car. I only have one main fuel line coming from tnak to engine other line for evap has been removed. I have p0113 and p070 code. The car did sit for 1.5 years and the motor was seized when i got it but like i said it runs. I have tried deflooding the engine but I am 100 percent convinced thats not an issue since the plugs are soaked and if i dump gas in the cylinders it fires right up.

Please help as i would like to take it up and down the driveway before it snows. Ive been workking on this for a long time and just want the girl to run. I can be reached at 613-770-5431 or facebook Gordon Peck. I am in a rush to tey and get this to start. I am new to technology and any kind of forum.

Hooboy, you've made an interesting choice for this project...

P0113 is caused by the intake air temp sensor (built into the MAF sensor) being over 4.8V. Check for a short to 12V on that wire. It's possible you have some damage to the wiring harness.

I don't know what P070 is because it's missing a digit.

If the motor was seized, how did you get it turning again?

How much fuel pressure do you have?

If the engine were flooded, it would not start. Period.

Here's a link to an early version of the factory service manual.

Also, more potentially useful documents:

I dont have a fuel pressure gauge to read what I am at but I can purchase one if need be. I rocked the engine back and forth with a johnson bar to unseize. When running it sounds good I dotn believe there is any internal damage. Thank you for the links I will look into them. Even with the code or bad maf sensor or temp sensor should it not idle as is or will that cause an issue?

I honestly don't know if it will idle without a MAF but I doubt it will hurt anything to disconnect it and see what happens.

Clear the code and disconnect the MAF. If P0113 comes back then you've definitely got a wiring harness issue.

So, you disconnected the MAF and clear the code but the code came back? If that is the case then it sounds like the wiring harness has been damaged. It's possible (probable?) that this is related to the idling issues you are seeing.

I hate to say it but you're going to have to go hunting for electrical gremlins.

I checked the wiring attached to the maf sensor. First wire reads 12.67 volt. 3 or 4 over read 5.027v. Is that enough over to have a problem? Im not so much worried about the code more just the fact it wont run. Sorry Im not very mechanically enclined especially when it comes to rotaries just something Im staffing into.

Here are the pages for troubleshooting the IAT and MAF sensors:
INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE (IAT) SENSOR INSPECTION

MASS AIR FLOW (MAF) SENSOR INSPECTION

That code is the likely reason it won't run, so I would troubleshoot in that direction.

What does the wiring look like? Did you just move the engine wiring harness over from the crashed RX8 into the Mustang? Was it modified at all?

Unrelated but do you have any obvious open hoses after the MAF?

All the wiring looks perfectly fine I started taking all the tape off and tracing. The back end of the car was the side that got damaged so everything upfront is good. I basically cut the top off the rx8 and set the mustang ontop. Il have to troubleshoot that code then and see whats going on
