I have a Mazda RX8 Evolve on a 2006 plate with around 58000 miles to sell the car is amazing and has such a good spec.

Purchased as a project wanting to put a LS in but got to much on the go at the moment the engine and gearbox are taken out ready for someone to do what they want with it.

Evolve = Shinka. Shinka translate's to evolution or similar. It's never actually called that, though.

Everything he's actually said in this thread about the car makes me think he doesn't really have a clue about it.

It's also a UK-only label. And "2006 plate" sounds like UK lingo. So... we're going to need a bigger boat.

And I'm in the UK sorry for the confusion.

It's in Copper Red with Cream interior and seems top spec has everything electric including heated seats.

The car was purchased without the engine and box so no idea but there is history up to 2013 and a quote to rebuild one so I take it that was the case and the person never bothered to put a broken engine back in although the box would have been handy

No, I apologize. After actually looking you are completely right, I'd just never actually heard of one referred to as that. As others have said, this is a mostly NA forum and it doesn't come up much.
