Only if you want to spend 3x more to to have a peaky upper rpm only powerband with a front end weight penalty and more fitment issues to boot.

Given today’s turbo technology you can pretty much have your cake and eat it for less too with leftovers using an REW single turbo.

OP should just build a regular track car because little-no experience in general, rotary in particular. Time Attack is not the place to get your ears wet.

13B REW sounds like a game plan!! 400-450hp without a doubt maybe even a little more !! I am leaning towards that plus weight would be way better for track purpose
