Need Help

Hello all! I am just a Mom that does not mind getting her hands dirty. I have a son who is currently deployed with the Army and prior to his deployment he replaced the AC pulley but didnt have a torque wrench to tighten the bolt down. It's getting pretty warm here and I'd love to have AC in his car! I do drive it often per his request so that it does not sit the 13 months he is gone.

So my question is....
How hard is it to tighten that bolt? Is there a specific torque wrench I need or will one from Harbor Freight or Home Depot do the trick?

ANY advice would be appreciated!

idk what tq it is but if using a wrench you will need to hold the pulley still. i used a rattle gun when i went to underdrive pulleys

Thank you that is exactly what I did with a plain old wrench. It seems to be working well. Fingers crossed!
