Hey guys, I just bought my RX8 not even a month ago, had to deflood the engine, and we also noticed the cat was clogged. A buddy of mine took an air hammer to it and completely gutted it because its ran 15w-40 for a while, and we think it clogged it up. I now run so rich it smells like a go kart. I have been wanting to buy one for a while, but cannot seem to find an accessport for it. I'm not very good with forums, and was hoping someone could help me find one. I just want to make sure I get one specifically for the car. I saw that they're no longer available through MazdaManiac or Cobb direct. If anyone has any leads so I can delete the codes, I'd really appreciate it! BTW, compression is solid and the only other issue is electronic power steering is intermittent. I haven't delved into that however. It's black, actually has snow tires, and on a coilover kit. I think Godspeed? Anywho, anything to make it stop running so rich from the O2 sensor freaking out. I know it may be cheaper to buy another cat, but I kinda like it straight piped. It's an 04 grand touring, black on black, 106xxx miles at the moment. I also have put a defouler with no luck.
