Have a short vid! Need help diagnosing plz!
 

Ok coils, plugs, and wires are good. I just checked the springy like tension things on the manifold side which I believe is for the SSV and not sure what the front side one is for but both were sticky and or got stuck. Idk everything (obviously) but what happened is I was driving home one night then suddenly just lost a lot of power and it cut off (no detonation or backfire or misfire)
i have no CAT. I'm not sure if this is a fuel pump or fuel injector issue but once I got it started after it died it sounds very rough (like only one rotor is running) and shakes and vibrates like crazy.
Any help is appreciated, thank you.

If it helps any, when it started the idle would be all over the place and if I hit the gas anymore then a gentle touch it'd die out. Thank you.

Based on your description it could be almost anything.

How do you know the coils, plugs, and wires are good? Have you actually tested them?

I just bought 2 new coils, the other 2 were still good. I also bought new wires. The plugs aren't new bit are still good.
I also checked the MAF and it's clean.

But how do you know they were good? Usually you change all 4 coils because if one's dying, the others aren't far behind. Also sometimes the first symptom of a dead coil is a dead engine.. soo.. I feel like you're discounting literally the most common cause of these types of problems.

About the springy thingy.. can you point out which ones and what position they get stuck in? That could definitely be problematic, but I don't want to assume the thing you're talking about is the thing I think you're talking about...

As far as the coils go, I had it hooked up with a wire and a plug with the plug near metal so when I cranked I assume from seeing the spark plug spark that the coil was good.

Also, I put the 2 new coils in the L positions on the plugs and yes I know from front to rear as far as the coils to plugs go is 1st L coil to bottom left L plug, 2nd T coil to top left T plug, 3rd L coil to bottom right L plug, 4th T coil to top right T plug.

I can try swapping the plugs with the ones I changed out already but seeing as how it's still running the way it did the night it went down I don't think it'll make a difference but I will get around to testing every plug and all just to make sure they're good for sure.

At this point I'm wondering if a primary injector went, or maybe a vacuum leak, or fuel pump but I'm not sure.

As far as the springy thing I'm talking about..
Where the circular things are that have the vacuum lines running to them..on top on the right side and in front which I believe is the SSV..there's like a clip you can push or pull which I did months ago and they moved easily and went back in there place easily but today I tried it and they didn't seem to move as easily and if pushed all the way they stayed in that position...could be from vacuum leak or maybe carbon build up??...idk
​​​as far as where they were, the on top on the right was against that pin where it normally is and the lower in front which I believe is the SSV one was also in the normal position.

This was the only pic I could find to help what I was talking about with the springy thing. Where the silver dish looking thing is with the rod..that clip you can push...I did that on both and they were a bit hard to move n when pushed all the way they stayed until I helped push them back...so idk what caused that or what the problem is..any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Well after pushing the clips again they're not so bad. I still have yet to check every wire and plug. Far as I know all the coils should be good. I'm just waiting on help as I need someone to look at the plug when I fire it. Thank you all for your help and support.
