DNA Catback Exhuast Any Good from eBay?

Hi all! Recently I've been wanting to get a new catback to replace the stock one just for fun, but don't feel like paying over $500 for a name brand one. On eBay there were a few that were pretty eye catching, because of the price :yelrotflm, but I have no idea how well the build quality or anything is on these cheap exhausts. The particular exhaust I was looking at was a DNA 3.5" Stainless Steel Catback. I saw a few posts from years ago about DNA, but there were no follow up reviews after the purchase. So has anyone purchased this catback, or any eBay exhausts within the past few years? Is the build quality good, does it last, is the sound good etc..
Any info is appreciated!

First, it's a no-name brand from eBay. Notice how the photos for many of those $170-$180 catbacks are identical except for the watermark and background and how they all have the same product info? They're all getting them from the same supplier.
So, no.

Second, the listing title implies 3.5" catback but it's really just 3.5" tips on the catback. the piping is 2.25" which isn't the same as OEM.
So, no.

Third, I have a hard time believing that the whole thing is really made of 304 stainless for under $180 shipped. I'd bet that if it is stainless (and not aluminized steel) it's 409.
So, maybe?

Fourth, in the off-chance it sounds good now, I'd bet the packing material breaks down in the first year and then it sounds like crap.
So, no.

Stick to the bigger/better names. Borla, Tanabe, TurboXS, Racing Beat, HKS, Agency Power, etc.

RX-8 and cheap eBay parts.

Best combo since bread and peanut butter... With mold in it.

You get what you pay for. If you're OK with the risks ^^, then I guess it's worth it?
I wouldn't put it on my car, because if it sucks, I'm sitting on $200 less to spend on something that doesn't suck.

That is true, no sense in cheaping out on this car, nor overspending either; especially when it detriments the performance. I forgot to mention, I do have a BHR Midpipe on the car so any preference on which catback would sound best and just be a bit louder than the stock? Thanks.

That's purely subjective. I have no advice for you, sorry.
