Coolant Temps

My coolant temperature stays at about 195F to 210F. The ambient temperature is around 90 degrees, and I was driving around 20 MPH the whole time with some stops for about 15 seconds. Are these temps safe/good?

yes the are so long as your coolant system is sealed and at factory pressure

Yes it sealed, and at factory pressure. Im a little lost on the chart based on rpm. I never went above 5k. Things still fine though right?

Do you have a S1(MY 2004-2008) or S2(MY 2009-2011)?

What the chart showed about the RPM is a S2 feature. It has a 3-stage rev limit at 5k, 7k and 9k for a MT(or at 5k, 6.5k and 7.5k for an AT) depending on your water temp. There are little red parts on the tach that will light up and shut off to show the variable red zone, but I personally never rev it past 4k RPM until it's fully warmed up.

S1 has a 2-stage cut, one at 5k RPM and another one at 9k RPM(7.5k RPM for 4-port and 6-port AT). 5k RPM limit will stay until your engine is fully warmed up to the normal operating temp. There is no visual indication AFAIK.

Remember, before your engine is fully warm, you don't want to go past 4k RPM. After that, drive it like you stole it. These engines love to be revved up once fully warm.

Everything is fine what are you worried about?

Its a 2004 6 port series 1. I get the chart now, thats actually kind of cool. But its not like I would have ever saw it because I don't go past 4k for warm up. I was just checking to make sure my temps were good, newly rebuilt engine just making sure im not running it too hot. Im hoping to get at least 60k out of this one.
