It's not dead, you just don't have a good battery or you have a blown fuse. Did you by chance put the terminals on the battery backwards, even momentarily? Did you confirm your new battery has charge? Did you check the MAIN fuse, which is bolted down and not easily accessible?

Wait, why did you check fuses with a multimeter? You can just pull them out and look at them. If you test with a multimeter while they're still in the car, you're completing the circuit WITH the multimeter, so it would never detect a blown fuse.

Do your hazard lights and dome/map lights work? If that's the case, check your IGN KEY fuse.

Thanks for your response!!
I didn swap the polarity, the other Battery is new, I check the fuses with multimeter, not the circuit. also i check the main fuse of 120 (down the circuit) all is in order, but not dome light / no signal of the key, nothing at all.. what else can be?

You have a break in the electrical system somewhere. It could be as silly as dirty/corroded battery clamps, or grounding points. Check/clean those.

You gotta go through the system methodically checking for continuity. Since all systems are affected, I would say it's something common to all those systems, so near the battery.

Did you check the fuses in the driver's side door sill as well?

Do any of the electrical components in your car work? hazard lights, headlights, ceiling light, door locks? Anything at all?
