Cat dead? (power loss after I did 180 during power sliding around corner)

I was going to sell my car and decided for one last run on the hill ... as you do.

It was going great, but one time I over did it and did 180, I did not stall the engine, but all sorts off icons went on, I remember only traction control icon, which was weird as I had DSC off.

Now car has suffered loss of power during acceleration, but I have no issues on highway etc. And stall when I'm stopping on lights etc. Also now it has deeper sound then before.

Unfortunately I don't have any diagnostic tools, not even elm327 on me and I doubt I can buy any locally.
I tried to disconnect battery and barometric sensor, but no luck, probably made it worse. I will try to have a look at MAF today.

I would guess cat, but I don't understand why would it go wrong when I spin out and also these cars are so weird that I really dunno.

But is starts normally etc. Engine rebuild was about 16 000 km (10 000mi) ago.

What is the Check Engine Light for? Was it on before? Autozone can read it for you.

I don't have autozone near me :D But I scanner should arrive tomorrow, I will see about DTCs, but there was no light, light went one after I tried disconnecting barometric sensor.

Are you from Europe? Looks like it's a 4-port 5-speed(I don't see PRNDM), which was never sold in North America.

Anyway, it sounds like something can be wrong with the ignition(the sound doesn't sound linear), and that acceleration is pretty weak even for a 4-port. When did you last do the ignition?

I think it is cappable of better accelartion, maybe some of the cat is still blocking exhaust somewhere a bit.

I'm starting to think engine issues are greatly exaggerated on these rotaries. Everyone I know was like, it is dead, you killed the engine, on normal engine it would be cat by the symptoms, and on the rotary, it was cat, no magic dead apexseals or whatnot.
