Am I just a cry baby over my baby?

I posted a video on youtube of my oil change mishap. This happened about a year ago. but it is just baffling to me how many people are calling me a scammer or nit picky about what went down. I do know how toxic youtube kids can be but I just want to gauge weather you guys think I'm wrong since we have the same love for the same car.
Ill start off with my car. I got it about July with only 60k on the clock. Almost mint condition. no dents not even a scuff. When I went over it and the dealer thought I was mad checking under the car, in the wheel wells ect. only issue was curb rash on the factory rims. Its an 05 shinka.

Basically I had my car for 3 months or so and was quickly coming up on my oil change and with having a bumper to bumper warranty I didn't want to go over 1 mile. So I went to a Firestone service center thinking that's a big name they will be professional's and I shouldn't need to worry. Well I was wrong. I have a dash cam that only records if the ignition is turned on and the mechanic left the key on and it recorded the entire fiasco. I wouldn't have even checked if it wasn't for the guy driving the car around to the service bay giving it a big rev on his way(I could hear it inside with a stock exhaust). After hearing that I decided I was going to check when I get home if the cam was left on. I checked the video to see no fender guards used so I checked my car and found chips in the paint on the top of both fenders and grease hand prints on both fenders as well.

So this brought me to the point of uploading the entire video to youtube but listed private and I contacted firestone about repairing the damage to the car. After they dropped the ball on contacting me I released it to the public and immediately Firestone was blowing up my phone to resolve the issue. Everything on that end was taken car of swiftly but I left the video up to let people know what they could be in for.

Now at this point I'm just getting tons of comments saying I'm making a big deal out of nothing yada yada yada. I'm just curios if you guys would make the same fuss I did or am I just to dramatic over my baby?

Here is the video

Please forgive spelling and grammar. My pc realy needs a breathalyzer or at least amazon does :P

I am with you on this. I would be livid if they treated my RX8 or any car of mine like that. Thank goodness you had it on video to shame then into fixing it. Right on !

I agree with you.
I went to Firestone for my last set of tires, and stupidly left it to pick it up later.
My '04 LY GT was in pristine condition with maybe 30k miles on it.
When I got back, my wheels had big scratches and damage from the tools they use to break the beads of the tires off of the wheels.
When I confronted the manager about it, he asked if I could prove the wheels weren't like that already.
I couldn't, so I just filed it in my memory bank for next time.
One can never assume anything these days.:(

Here is the thing. I would never take any of my vehicles to places that is not a specified place.
The Mazda service I usually go to have done some bad things but they usually backed it up if I complain about it and they would go fix it without saying anything.

I've been using Firestone for probably close to 30 years, and probably well over a dozen sets of tires for myself and my wife & daughter's cars.
I usually get good deals from them on Bridgestones.
This was the first car that I brought there with alloy wheels.
It didn't occur to me to ask them to be careful, I assumed they did enough cars with alloys that they would take care to not mess them up.
My mistake.
Many people just don't take pride in their work anymore, and couldn't care less about the customers, they just care about getting a check on Fridays.
