All of a sudden
 

Hi, my car is an 04 with 160k miles. All of a sudden my car has been acting up. I had my car rebuilt last year on February, only put about 15,000 miles on the rebuild. Another thing I'm running 4 new injectors denso 026M450X12 195500-4450 350cc and the two stock injectors which i believe the stock ones are 380cc? Anyways I've changed them because I was having problems with of one of them and it fixed the problem but after a while it came back. I figured they were the two stock ones that I didn't change. One day it took 3-4s than the normal time to start it up on cold, on the same day it didn't want to start up on hot, waited for a couple minutes and it started up, took a couple seconds. Took it to the shop and it didn't want to start at all on hot startup. Mechanic said fuel is pumping gas as it should and everything and of course, it has low compression. Here are some pictures of the results. It lost a little bit of compression and I had the first test done a week ago. The rear rotors have more compression than the front. One of the coils was bad so he changed it, he couldn't get the car started so I told him to remove the fuel pump fuse, crank it a few times and put it back in and it did start right away. But the car still hesitates to start on cold and hot, it just wouldn't. Is this is the point where you say that the engine is blown just like that? I thought rebuilds last 2-3 years if done right. Please tell me what do you think what it could be. Obviously low compression but it should at least start up? I guess injectors aren't causing the problem knowing the fact that I'm running 2 different sizes of injectors 350cc and 2 stock yellow 380cc?

The key here is "if done right". I think the story is that it wasn't done right. Who did the rebuild? It doesn't take much to screw up a rebuild.

That rear compression is only acceptable if your starter is spinning less than 200rpm, and that front compression is FAR below the failing line of even 200rpm. At 250rpm, the failing line is at 95psi, with a good number more like 115psi

Yeah, there aren't really any non-internal reasons for low compression.

Ok, how come it was working fine weeks ago? Good cold/warm startups. Is this something that gets you by surprise?
