Koni Yellows with Tein S-Tech Springs
 

I purchased some Koni Yellows with Tein S-Tech springs a year or two ago from another forum member and never got around to installing. I will be waiting for my existing OEMs to kick the bucket and then decide if I go D-Specs (or with these if they don't sell). The original seller did not know the mileage on these and I bought them with the intention of getting all I could out of them and then if I needed to rebuild them, I'd still end up ahead of the game.

They are dirt cheap and I am not looking to make anything off of these - just recover what I paid for them. Price is $150 firm and they're bulky so I'm not looking to ship them. I am willing to drive 30 miles from Milford, CT without raising the price and up to an hour away if you want to kick in gas money.

This is a killer deal for anyone looking to get a nice setup on the cheap. I just never had the time to install myself and in that time, have changed my mind about my setup. I won't hold dibs b/c I did that a couple times before and had people flake out so first one with the cash in hand owns these bad boys. Pics to follow if interested.

I know. My first plan was just to take the S-Techs off and sell the Konis but then I started looking into it and wanted that setup so was pretty happy to find that deal. Now I'm just trying to clean my garage and not looking to pass on the same deal I got to someone else until I actually need to change my OEMs.

FYI I bought the top hats for the rear shocks a little while back (the big metal piece) and it was like $75 just for those 2. This is a killer deal without the extra pieces that make it a drop in deal.

Seriously begging you to ship these. I'd have money ready and wired to you by this Friday.

Boxing them up isn't that tedious.. :(:(:(

they're already boxed and still have the bubble wrap from the guy who shipped them to me but I would prefer to stay local for ease of the transaction. sorry :sad:

Thanks. I don't expect them to stay on here long either. I swooped down quickly when they came up for sale and there were plenty of others in line. I am not looking to make any money from the deal I got so because I took so long and changed my mind to a different setup, someone else will gain. If for some reason, they aren't picked up quickly I'll just hang onto and see if I can't arrange an install day in the area and put them on my baby.

Even if someone were to offer say... $300 shipped? :naughty:

I didn't hear back from low_&_slow today but first one to come by with the money will get it. I'll post if someone is already scheduled to pick them up but otherwise they're still up for grabs.

are you near CT? your profile shows you're quite a distance from here. there'd be no reason to drive that far up for these. if it came to that, I'd just ship them since they're already boxed but I'll look to stay local if possible and maybe even just find someone to install it on my 8 if they don't sell.

I've gotta say - there are some dedicated mid-Atlantic people on this board. Already two people willing to drive all the way up for these. If they don't sell locally soon I will consider shipping. Since they are already boxed it shouldn't be much of a pain for me. I just wanted to have it done in person so there are no surprises but on the flip side, I wouldn't feel right having someone drive up 6-8 hours and spend all that gas money when I can ship it out and have it cost them a lot less.

If I end up shipping, I will go in order of those who asked first and give them 24 hours to pay before moving onto the next person. I really had no intention of shipping them but there seems to be quite an interest in them so I'll give it another week and if no takers, I'll consider it.

Just so there is no confusion, I bought these used and do not know the mileage on them. I have not mounted them so I will be selling everything that was in the box (and in my pictures) and nothing more. I don't know if there is anything else missing since I did not mount and cannot say how much life is left in them. I did have every intention of putting them on mine and hoped they still had some life in them but just never got around to it so I have no idea on internal wear.

I just had to put that disclaimer there so that no one complained later. Hopefully whoever buys these puts them on and finds out they are in perfect condition with a lot of life left. Of course as soon as they leave my hands I'll be cursing myself for letting go of them.
