2005 Mazda RX8 For Sale in Connecticut
 

It’s been a long love affair, but it is time to sell my car. We have a Prius and have decided to keep our Mazda3 as our second car, since it is more practical for us and I don’t drive fast these days.

Quirks
One accident on the Carfax: In Fall 2006, a pickup truck sideswiped the car, leaving a crease in the driver’s door and scratches on the front fender. The scratches polished out quite well, but remain visible up close. I preferred to leave the crease in the door, rather than compromise the original paint and welds with a body-shop door panel replacement and repaint. Check out the photos and see what you think. I took a lot of pictures to give a realistic view of the crease, since it is less obvious at some angles than others.

Occasionally A/C will be on upon starting the car, even though it was off on the last drive.

The secondary air pump (emission pump) is loud as it runs for about 20 seconds after startup. I had it replaced, but the second one became loud as well after about 6 months.
