2004 GT Manual 56k Miles
 

Hey all,

Just want to say that this forum has always been a huge help for me from the start with my car, but unfortunately it's time to move on. I pretty much just don't get to drive the car enough. I do drive it at least once a week just to warm it up and redline it, and recently took it South Carolina and back.

I changed the brake pads last summer for hawk hps and bought a new battery in January (Optima Red top), but other than that it's been just standard maintenance.

The car was involved in a hit and run accident last spring, but it was only cosmetic damage, no airbags or mechanical issues. New bumper and rear rims/tires. Other than that it has the usual coolant bottle sensor, which the dealer has told me multiple times is a known non-issue and that the car is in great shape!

I'm posting here and on craigslist. I'd much rather let the car go to someone here though because I know if you're spending time on the site then it will be taken care of!


This car has only 56,000 Miles on it. I have owned the car for 2 years, and it has never had any mechanical issues. I take great care of it, but only get to drive it on weekends at best, and I'm looking to give it a better home. I've changed the oil every every 4 months as I have yet to go over 3000 miles in 1/4 of a year.

It is Sunlight Silver GT Model with a sun roof and black marker lights. Other than that it is stock mechanically and appearance wise. It does have an EXTREMELY LOUD Pioneer sound system w/ DVD and navigation + Ipod connectivity.

This car is perfect for summer, but I have driven it successfully through two winters.

I'm asking for $9500 or best offer as I haven't seen any other Rx8's with that few miles for that price.
