I've only taken my car to Young Mazda so far - the rotary mechanic there seems like a pretty cool guy... at least he seems to remember my car all the time. The service manager seems to be hit and miss depending on his mood.

While I haven't taken my car to Allentown Mazda, i've heard of and experienced some bad crap there.

take a look at faulkner mazda - I actually drove 2.5 hours to buy my car from them after my dealer backed out on my deal. I called, told them what price I had negotiated and the story, asked if they'd match it, and they said yes. The next day, I had a car.

Give them a try - ask for Renee Fargason, and tell her Mark sent you, the one who bought green rx8 in october

If your willing to drive a a few miles, I recommend Nucar Mazda down in Delaware. Best service in the PA/Philly/DE area. I was going to try Faulkner Mazda but have heard a few customers complaints from people I know about their customer service.

Did you check the good guy/bad guy forum?

I bought mine at Pacifico. Haven't taken it for service, but I had a good buying experience.

Well I certainly would not recommend John Kennedy Mazda in Conshohocken. I've been less than pleased with the service I've been getting from them lately. I don't know if they have new service techs or what, but they aren't nearly as good as they were a year ago.

Allentown Mazda do what is needed but nothing more. Takes a little less than 2 weeks to schedule an appointment with a loaner car which hasn't been a big problem for me. They have kept me up to date with flashes (now at M and think I want to stay here) and did the Brake TSB after I pushed a little. they are not proactive with things but with this site, I don't really need them to be more than a pair of hands and they do that well. In the end, I haven't had any problems with my car other than squealing brakes which they fixed.
