Ok guys and girls i got the official notice today when i was in for service...the show is on for 9/28 and the times are 10am-3pm If you want your car entered in the show i would be there before 10am to set up and register.....the trophies from what i was told is as follows:

Best RX-8
Best Under Construction
Best of Show
Best Competative make (non-mazda)

I believe there might be more but as far as memory serves they had some nice trophies...there will be music, lots of food and drinks....bbq burgers, dogs, etc....there will be a 50/50 where 2 winners will be picked to split the cash....now lets show some love for the dealer that always helps us out!!

Pardon me for being a n00b, but since when does Wayne Mazda have ROOM for a car show?

Even the dirt lot next door is always packed!

 

idk when i went it was pretty packed but it was nice meeting people...

they move everything from the left side of the dealer out and have it there.....they have it every year that way.....and i dont know what was the last time you been to wayne but the lots on the side have had all the trees cleared and there is a ton of room there

 

Probably just two or three months ago, I went there for a test drive and couldn't even find a place to park in the main lot... and when I crossed over into the dirt lot, there were cars coming in and out, so I couldn't park there either... and it was *packed.* Also, I live only a few miles away, so I drive by their ridiculously crowded lot all the time.

I am sure that if this show is something they do regularly, they know what they're doing, but as it stands, they have a lot of work to do in terms of moving stuff around. I don't envy them.

 

They moved all the cars from the back lot to the front, well, next to the dealership to be exact.

I just been there yesterday so I know ... LOL
