If you go through your insurance in the Richmond area your looking at $400 - $500 ($500 being on the high side) at a body shop provided the stay within the fender. It does not appear they would need to blend into the hood or front door to achieve a good color match. 4 - 5 hours (total) to repair the dents/deep scratch and 2.8 to paint/clear coat. Also the addtional time to remove the fender vent, remove the splash guard and set back the fender liner.
I deal with this stuff everyday.

Automatic tranny, not really by my choice, but easier for the wife to drive. She drives it 90% of the time anyhow.

I'm in Chesterfield, at Genito and Hull, so if you see a pollen-covered green 8 with an RX-8Club.com sticker up that way(and a slightly abused back passenger-side fender, which needs to be fixed due to my stupidity) wave!
