No it didn't that I could tell. I was pulling out of a parking lot and they were going by so I didn't pay too much attention to the plate. Onlything I know is it's Black, Sport Package(no side sills, wing, etc) and had to be a manual by the way it sounded as they were going through traffic. Lot of help i know...lol!
