Towson Tuner Meet 2013
Hey guys me and "consto rx8" are deciding to start up a semi-annual meet around the towson area for tuners. Depending on how it turns out we hope to do this again in the future with possible sponsors and reserved areas. Here is the info hope to have a great turnout!

When: March 16th @ 2pm Where: parking lot of the "Valley Inn Hotel" 10501 Falls Road Lutherville-Timonium, MD 21093 Rules: NO burnouts, racing, drifting, or excessive revving of engines. We do not want problems with police. NOTE: this is not a licensed event and will not be hosted by any sponsors or any one particular person/group, this is strictly for car enthusiasts that want to show off their ride and meet new people. This being said we DO NOT WANT police showing up and breaking up the event because it is not an officially licensed/sponsored event. The area is no longer in use which is why we are using this public space. If all goes well, we will hold many more of these within the coming months and will reserve a meeting area along with sponsors. |
Its a bit of a hike for me, but i am down if at least 20 cars show up are you sure the hotel is cool with this?

consto rx8 says the hotel has been abandoned for the past 2 years, his girlfriends dad is a cop and said it should be fine as long as nothing illegal goes down (ex. burnouts, racing, revving your engines, drifting) which is why we put the rules into place.
If alot of people decided to go we might change the location to a reserved area. But def. for our next meet if this ends well we will schedule a reserved spot along with sponsors/vendors. |
