just a heads up....the Pettit Stage II supercharger will be unveiled to the public for the first time EVER tonight at Phillys HIN....@ the Philly Convention Center...

of course, it will be on my car....

hope to see some of you there!!!

thanks guys for your support .....i just got judged...there is some stiff comp in the mazda class....one 7 that won the sema show last year is here....no way i will beat him...there is one other 8 here who doesnt have verticals or a blower.....i will keep everyone posted...

good afternoon peeps....

no good news for the shinxie....
got beat by a 7 for the mild mazda class....but i have to admit they were definitely too classy for my comp...

there were 3 trophies for best female ride....struck out there also...although in this class i thought i would have gotten something...

but it appears that at HIN they are looking for bling bling and show, NOT go...
and those types of peeps are not too particular about hp or force induction....

I think the shinks has too much class for this type of show...but i did make some local contacts for cf, got a lot of props on the blower and overall mods on the car from a lot of peeps....saw snowflake and uclead...not sure if anyone else from the 8club was there...
i did a lot of walking around after i got judged...

ps...what i thought was done totally different at this HIN was that judging was done in a logistical manner and not per class or manufacturer...so the mazda class got judged by different people...not the same judge..

all in all it was a long night...i didnt get home till around 130am...and it was raining so the car got dirty....

 

PS....i forgot to add:

the place was totally dark most of the night....i really dont know how the judge could really see anything on my car especially in light of the fact its black cherry with lots of cf all over and under the hood...
thought that was a disadvantage also... bwahwahwahwah

he would never have know if it was dirty!!

 

Aaaaaaaaw........still number one in my book, so don't worry about it.
Rode with Bastage yesterday and got to feel the SC in action(See other thread).
Also got on the list! Woot!
