Just back from the Sahlen's 6 Hours of the Glen. WOW. Watkins Glen area is beautiful and the track is GREAT. 6 hr. race gives you time to check everything out. Spent the last hour 10 ft. behind the Speedsource #70 RX8 pit. AMAZING. We were parked in the Mazda Corral with about 20 other Mazda,s but we were the ONLY RX8!!. There were about 50 p-cars in their corral,60 Vetts, 30 Cameros, 20 Audis, you get the picture. The only thing that came to mind was the Three Dog Night song from the seventies-"ONE". But hey, if there was only going to be one RX8 there, I'm glad we could fit the bill. Next year we have to get a caravan together. Btw, the pics from the MD crab meet look great! Hey 200mph- wish we were a little closer, we'd be over 2nite. Blowing s*** up is ALWAYS fun. Have a good 4th everyone!!!!
