I have tools at my house that you guys can use. I would be happy to do it for you if you can chip in on a new set of Mechanix gloves as I cut my hands up big time doing Kel's coilovers this past weekend.

The good ol RX7 scissor jack works just fine

FYI - here is the location for the BBQ. For those of you not familiar with the area, we are probably going to have the staging point be at the Starbucks where we normally meet at and drive over to the bbq. Either Chris or I will scout it out this week to make sure everything is kosher for the weekend.

Here it is in relation to the starbucks:

Here are the two park spots. We will probably be using the north park.

sounds like a plan to me.....

klepto 05-27-2008 11:01 AM

thanks guys....looking forward to it this saturday. Chris I'll meet you and we can roll out I guess.

I got some stands and a jack and the oem 8 jack as well so getting it up in the air should be fine. Any help I can help is greatly appreciated. If anyone has a breaker bar I think that would be key.

su_maverick 05-27-2008 01:57 PM

make sure you have new exhaust gaskets on hand.

Kel Rx8 05-27-2008 02:22 PM

i dont think he needs new gaskets ? fairly new vehicle with maybe a thousand miles :)
just get some pb blaster and the breaker bar will take care of the rest.

chrism 05-27-2008 03:00 PM

he has 3k on it now.......i think

klepto 05-27-2008 03:04 PM

actually just over 3700 closer to 4000 lol

su_maverick 05-27-2008 03:43 PM

eh, they are 3-4 bucks a piece, I just figure why take the risk that you muck one of them up and you get pulled over for an exhaust ticket.

chrism 05-27-2008 04:00 PM

its a caless midpipe........its gonna be loud any way
