FS: Used 6 speed Manual Gearbox
Hi All,
Testing interest in buyers for a used 6 speed manual transmission out of my 2003 build RX8. Gearbox had 112K on it when removed but had been overhauled at around the 60K mark and was working flawlessly. Pilot bearing went bad sitting in bumper to bumper traffic crawling up I 84 one evening a couple of weeks ago. Managed to get the car back to NH but the bad bearing chewed up the nose of the input shaft coming out of the gearbox. Could not take time for a tranny rebuild right then so found a used gearbox and swapped the original unit out.
A good 6 speed gearbox for sale needing the input shaft replaced. Anyone interested? I can provide pics if desired.
