I was wondering if anybody would be intersted in doing a Dyno Day in the MD/DC/VA area. I could probably set something up if you all would be interested with a local place.

I know they have done it for other clubs before so it shouldn't be too hard to get them to do it for us at discounted rates as long as we have some interested parties.

Would be interesting to see what everybody's cars are pushing with their mods.

They are also working on developing some RX-8 parts. We could even ask for specific parts to be made if there is enough demand.

Who do you use for your dyno days? Is it a Dynapack or roller system? What's the cost?

 

Are you talking about doing it over at curry's? If so which one? If we go to curry's it'll be a mustang dyno^^ if that helps

 

I have an '06 and haven't dyno-ed it yet. Anybody know what the baseline number should be vs. what it will be, e.g., what the factory says you'll get vs. what you really get?

It would be a DynoJet at Aletered Atmosphere.

I don't see why it would have to be an 8.......but then again that's what we're doing it for.

I havn't asked about pricing yet or anything. Just trying to see if we could get a group for it.

Their normal rate is $85 for 2 pulls on the dyno /w air/fuel.
