Any clubs in the Hudson Valley, NY?
Just got a 05' Shinka, looking to join a RX-8 club in or around the Hudson Valley area. Live by West Point NY. Any help would be great.

There are a couple of firsties at West Point (I am one) who have some eights.
We will be busy with graduation stuff. But if you want to set up a meet I know my friend with an 08 40th will go to a clean meet after a spirited 218 drive.
From what I have seen, the eight owners in this area either don't know what they are driving or don't appreciate what they have. There is no organized club from what I know. The closest support you have are the guys in the TNC. They are down in NE NJ, about an hour away.
LoneCorp is kid in Middletown. He's a great guy, and he will help with you anything he can. I know he's trying to organize a network up here, but he's having a hard time getting people together up here.

Thanks for the info. Stinks that there is nothing around here. Been away from the car club seen for a few years. Kids can do that. I didn't get to stop by, but the Pricechoppers in Vails Gate has been having a car show every Sat. night. Was planing to hit it this weekend if it doesn't rain. Maybe i'll see you there.

It depends. I have a lot going on, and one of the things that has to get done is I have to weld my clutch bracket before it snaps... it's been squeaking and moving a lot. Tomorrow I have to box pistols for the West Point Class Pistol so I think Saturday will be my weld day. I should be able to get it done in an hour! We will see.
Sunday I am free though, I can arrange for a small group to run up/down 218 and then get the cars washed in Vails Gate or something.
