'What Happens in Vegas' Meet - 2011 Attachment 252717 NEW DATES FOR THE EVENT: MAY 20, 21 & 22 of 2011 Friday and Saturday Rates will be: $85.00 per day and weekday rates at $38.00 per day for those who want to come early or stay late. There is also a room tax of 11% and a Resort fee of $5.00 so those that wish to stay/arrive a day early/late will pay $247.96. There are suites and penthouse suites available at this time with a reduced rate so if you wish to upgrade contact me for pricing. Since the room rate is based upon double occupancy, you have your choice of a king size bed or two queen size beds. I would suggest that you visit their site on line to see the amenities offered.ORLEANS WILL BE THE OFFICIAL RESORT HOTEL THIS YEAR WITH SPECIAL RATES FOR OUR GROUP. Your area heads will be: Utah: Jethro Tull, California: Jedi54, Arizona, Texas & New Mexico: Easy_E1, Wyoming Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Nevada: 13X. every where else contact Phil's 8 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS FRIDAY MAY 20THMeet and Greet from 3pm until 7pm (location to be named) Event (to be named) Party at Orleans(area yet to be named) SATURDAY MAY 21 Annual Cruise (location to be named) No Host Lunch at the Orleans buffet Raffle for goodies (during & after lunch) 8pm until 11pm: Traditional no host get together at the Hofbrau House SUNDAY MAY 22 10am until 12 noon: Scenic Cruise to a local area. (there is an small area entry fee) End of WHiV4...Hope you all had a good time PARKING Orleans is providing an area that will be watched very closely in the West Parking Garage. We will be parking in the area where the executives of the Hotel park. It is well patrolled and the cameras do work. Security is planning on having a foot patrol thru the parking area along with random vehicle patrols. In the coming weeks we will update the art work and post some additional information on the meet. Swag will be available after the first of the year as soon as the new graphic design is ready. __________________ |

im suprised that al the partiers i know that are in missouri and chicago, why not get to show your car and get a little crazy in vegas, that noone is going to this

sweet, i went last year, its worth it. it a good time with car guys during the day and then a good party at night as well

If we have enough peeps flying in, I will arrange for a tram to pick them up at the airport.......
