Does an aftermarket supercharger that adds significant HP and torque to an RX8 actually exist?

no, unfortunately a supercharger will add too much torque and it will bend the pistons in a rotary engine.

Personally, I think the MEGA-HYPER ELECTRO-TURBO SYSTEM® is the best supercharger I've ever "seen" for the RX-8. |
Depends. I have seen a supercharger that works quite well, it just depends what kind of gains you are looking for.
