Steve Kan Tuning Session
 

Long story short i was going to go to Texas to have my car tuned but the idea was brought up to fly Steve Kan in for a tuning session. There would need to be Five cars Minimum for this to happen. I already have Four lined up for sure and three more are Pending completion before the tuning date.

As of now there is no Perminate date set but we are shooting for March 26th. Some basic details are $350-$600 for a tune depending on car, fuel, and setup. This is the price PLUS DYNO. Dyno will be rented for the day and split between the group getting tuned. Dyno will either be at Kelly's (most likely) or Lunds. Also, $200 will be due for the tune in advane to lock in a spot on the dyno and make sure noone flakes once he gets here.

you still thinking about doing this? Dunno if you got in on the Iowa City or wherever tuning session there was not too long ago. We've got a few RX7 owners that have been discussing this.

Yes, Still interested in getting another session happinging. I did go to the Other tuning session but had issues on the dyno and did not get anything close to a full tune. I know of a couple more people here local that would most likely be interested also.

Is there another thread about htis on 7club? if so just shoot me the link. If not, direct the other guys here and we can try and get somting definate figured out once people are ready to commit. I can talk to steve and get thigns arranged. Let me know. Thanks

Its just a few of us local guys so there's nothing on 7club. One of the guys here has had Steve tune his car previously and a tuner who lives here but doesn't specialize in rotaries is good friends with Steve and he said he could probably hook us up with a discount. I'm still waiting on my turbo and manifold to come back from the fabricator so once that's back and I get the car running I'll hit ya up so we can figure out a time to have him come out here.
