There are tons of RX-8's at dealers around Chicago, check cars.com or edmunds.com and you will find them.

There is a guy here in Madison looking to sell due to some unfortunit circumstances. He actually lives in my complex. Here is the link to the thread and cars.com link:

Sad to say this but I'm gonna have to sell my 8 to help out. My mom has cancer. If any of you know any one who's interested, do contact me. I also posted under the classifieds section, but just thought I'd let the WI guys know as well.

Hope you get to keep your EVO but if not good luck with the hunting. He's a good guy, in a pretty bad situation.

no offense but if you can't afford an evo how do you plan to afford an RX-8?

well bc the insurance on the evo is a joke...and no offense, but i cant imagine a 1.3 liter non turboed engine is going to be as much to insure as a 300 hp turboed one.

depends on too many factors to decide. i would call for a quote before I went and changed cars. I've got a friend with an evo that pays less for insurance than I do. .02

You can lower your insurance by getting married :) That was one of the great benefits of me getting married last year. My insurance dropped 50% :)
