Some friends and I might go on Friday night and I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on them. I tried to go there as part of my bachelor party but they lied to my friend on the phone saying we could come down any time that night. We showed up when he told them we would and someone was having their office party there. So we couldn't get out onto the track at all. We blew it off and just did dougnuts in the parking lot with my friends WRX STi.

I think the common consensus is that it's a cool place but b/c of ricer activites sucha s the one you mentioned the owner doesn't like people just hanging out there.

No first hand experiences myself though.

 

Went there a few years back. It's easy to get on the track in good weather, because nobody wants to be inside!

It's a good time, but not the best location.

Your car will be fine out in their parking lot. Speeds is a good time, your not only racing your buddies, your also racing other peoples top times for the day and the month. I went there last month with some of the BMWCCA members and we had a blast.

I've raced there three times w/ my car club. Pretty good times. We had a group of like thirty people go down. Some general public showed up while we had the track and they ended up leaving 'cause the wait would have been too long. I know it can be a little pricey doing the single races. I think each of us paid like $50 for a practice and then two 15 sessions. My arms were very tired after each heat, but in a good sort of way . Must wear a full face helmet. They have loaners if U don't bring one. Some loser types beat up on the karts up though . Increases costs for everyone. Never had any trouble w/ the cars in the lot, although we've always gone down on Sunday afternoons.

 

Yeah I am. You should come to some of our meetings, we have them once a month, and there have been a lot of new faces there lately. It's always good to see new people.

p.s.- Are you doing a drivers school this year? I'm thinking about doing one, but I don't know when I want to go. (I really want to do one at Mid-Ohio, but most of them are at Putnam Park
