I'll be out there next Tuesday. Probably for a week. I have family there. Any 8 owners around?

Wish you were going to be closer to Omaha :) There are a few more RX-8ers over this way.

I will actually be in Okoboji next week Wed-Fri up northwest of Des Moines.

I might get out that way for a day. I lived there as a baby near Offut airbase and I'd like to go see where I lived back then.

I assume you are flying and not bringing a rotary powered vehicle ;) -- there is a great road course track close Offutt MidAmerica Motorplex

Yeah I am definitely flying. It's cheaper than paying for gas for a rotary to drive that far! If I do get out to Omaha, it'll only be for a day so I won't have much time to go to a track. I could definitely meet up with you for lunch or something like that.

Wow one owner and he isn't even in Iowa! Plans have changed slightly. I'll be there Wednesday through Wednesday.
