I heard there were issues, it's doable with that tool just make it harder without mazda's tool from the thread I read.

04 rx8 - was your car towed into the d dahle mazda deal on state street a few nights ago? Actually about a week ago? If so we saw it getting dropped off from car shopping across the street. kinda jokes about 1 of the 5 rx8's in utah broke down haha

 

Yea that was my car lol As shown in the previous few pages lol I get a whole new engine under warranty haha

It looks good man! we (me and my wife) kinda laugh because we were in the same position a little under a year ago haha. We actually parked right beside it later that night shopping at that lot for a car

Well . . as luck has it. . . I dont have my license till march 23 due to me getting a speeding ticket last fall. . . So no ride . . nor any ride with my new engine

Sell it to 'em. I was trying to figure out how I could make a vented hood out of it, but there a lot more to it than just cutting some holes in it.

So Im excited but not excited. . . haha I dont get to drive a month but in that month period im going to be doing alot to my car so at the end of march it will be like driving a new car

 

i am available for a drive pretty much all day saturday
