Car Show this June...
 

Dear friends,

Some of you may know me, some of you may not... I am new a proud member of the Rotary Engine family, and I just wanted to bring an event to your attention...

To keep it short and sweet, I lost my husband last June to a horrible epidemic called suicide. My husband was a car enthusiast and taught me all that I know about cars. He was a very gifted mechanic and had a special touch for modification.

In his honor, I am planning a memorial car show in his name. It will be in June, hopefully the 18th if I can get a venue for that exact date.

I am from the Davis/Weber county area (but I live in SLC) and I am trying to get a location in Davis county.

Once I have a location set, I will need sponsors. I'd like to make this a big event with out discrimination or limits to whom can show their cars from Imports to all American Muscle.

If you would like to help plan this event in any way, please let me know. JT (Jethro Tull) has also helped me a lot with this so if you have any suggestions, please contact him.

I have tried to plan this on my own, and it's taking a high mental and emotional toll on me. I am reaching out to my Rotary community for any help I can achieve. Thank you my friends...

She's having a baby, no worries. She still loves cars! This might get recycled for a later date.
