Family related. My brother and several family members live near Dallas (Grapevine Tx, to be exact), and my mom who is 92yrs old now stays there most of the year, to avoid the brutal winters in our family home in Michigan. I still have family in Ohio (Cleveland area), California, New York and DC. The cost of living in TX is 20% less than in NJ. I teach Photography and continue to freelance for clients. the Dallas-Ft. Worth-Arlington area has 40 colleges and universities ' Grapevine and Southlake communities are beautiful areas with lots of lakes and green spaces . I will put up with the heat to give up the snow. I have been adding a ton of cooling upgrades to get my RX8 ready. And there is a large and healthy RX8club community in that area, so I should not be lonely for car buddies.
