Hey - do you know of a machine shop near us that will do rotor housings? Allentown-ish area? Otherwise, I think I'm sending mine to Freelance in upstate NY.

also, I was finally able to split both engines - fire is your friend on that E-Shaft bolt. Both the housings on the OLD motor were crap, nice big groove around the side where the Apex seal split is. One of the little corner pieces was actually gone - cut a couple of nice divots on the way out. The other rotor had one of those corner pieces ground down halfway. Both housings had deep grooves cut by those pieces. The rest of that motor was really nice, if you know anyone that needs parts for an '04 4-port AT, I would happily let them go cheap.

Not the metering pump, though. my dumb-ass tried to move the engine on a dolly with that still mounted. It's still MOSTLY there, just broke all the plastic and a spring flew out (it's still good, right?)
