    Yes.

    When the car is moving it does that.

    when I am not accelerating, whilst the car is moving (coasting?), the whistle sound comes on but when i push the gas, it stops.

    when i come to a traffic light stop and put the car in neutral, the whistle sound comes back.

    LoL... a yorkie??? I know my baby is too cute. I have 4 and she is all mine & my fav. She is 2.14lbs fully grown!! I love her so... Post a pic of yours and let me know when you do.
