Thanks for posting the recall announcement. My car is at the dealership now getting the fuel pump replaced because the was leak. I took the car in for the recall about the gas tank seals and I was told that my fuel pump was leaking and it was covered under the recall. The service tech also told me that there are two other recalled coming up that have not been launched yet. I will try to find out more information tomorrow when I pick up my car.

Hello Zoom44. I am getting desperate these days and i am sorry to bother you but as i said i am getting desperate. My question is " what is the desiganted number for a up graded starter for my 2004 rx8 automatic. I have been asking this question for months now but i must take a emmissions test in April and so far this seems to be too difficult of a question to ask here at the rx8 club ?.. I have the original N3H1 starter in the car and even in the winter i have to let it cool; down to just barely start and i must take an emmission test in April and i am getting desperate enough to start asking in a PM to different folks. Do you know or can you refer me to some one or even another site thata might help because it seems i have asked to technical of a question for this site? totally stumped and desperate!! can you help?. I thought it would be a atraight forward question but even the so called experts here are stumped?. Can you help and again i am sorry to bother you.

i have just noticed the brace bracket on my pedal is broken!
but it shouldn't cause the gear not to change right?
i can change my gear when the engine isn't running. But when it's on, i can't change gears.

i have a Mazda Rx-8 2008 40th anniversary 6 speed!
while i was driving my car i hears something snapped when i pushed down my clutch. it has been squeaking for quite sometime now and just left it.
right now i can't change my gears? what would be the caused of this?

Hey i have a question. Car does not seem as fast anymore, and seems to not give in after 5-7k rpm. Is it because my cat is getting plugged? Im scared, new to this car and i need to drive on hwy here and there. So should i get the cat looked at if its something else too? Don't know who to ask else and i cannot post threads so yeah. Thanks in advance! Oh and i was told by my mechanic that there is some valve under the air filter that does not turn on when my car reaches high rpms. The part is 150. Labor is 550. Im unsure what to do really, im low on budget so your opinion would really help?

something is broken on the Ryan message. When I click on it, I get the airbag recall page. When I go to the links that are supposed to be corrections, I get the air bag recall again. If I had the site, I would fix it. But I do not have any data.
