I ordered rear mudflaps confirmed on the 8th. Have not heard a thing since. Called twice and all i got was i think they are in. The second time they finally are in. Still, no tracking number or indication of them being shipped. If they had to be backordered it should say so on the site when you order. If they are in they should have been shipped within a couple of days of confirming the order. Not recommended as far as i am concerned. Some may think I am being impatient but i ordered rims from another place and have received two personal phonecalls on status. I am not expecting a personal phonecall but the site did not indicate out of stock and the confirmation email said i would be receiving a UPS tracking number PROMPTLY. PROMPTLY being the exact word used.

 

Sketch sketch sketch. I've never worked with Trusville, but I've been burned by online purchases before, so I certainly understand your heightened sensitivity. Hope they clear this one up b/c that would aggrivate the mess out of me.

Who did you talk to at Trussville... get a hold of Marshall, if all else fails, talk to Brian who is the parts manager for that dealership...

 

Yes.. Trussville is a good Co.. and one of my supplyers.. I am sure there 1 swamped. or 2 some ones out sick ? Dont know but give them the benifit of the doubt there good peeps.

 

Finally shipped. Don't want to be harsh especially after all the good experiences people have had with them. Just hate when email isn't answered on orders for a whole week. Anyway, should be here tomorrow so go ahead and cast this experience off to the side and rely on the positive posts about trussville.
