MS Kit availability
 

What's the current availability of the MS Kit painted? Is Mazda currently stocking painted front bumper covers "ready to be shipped" or are they currently only stocking primered front bumper covers?

I'm looking for the entire kit (front, sides, rear, and fog light bracket). However, I heard that Mazda didn't currently stock painted fronts and I want to verify that. If you can get me a kit in Lightning Yellow in a reasonable amount of time (4-8 weeks), at the price listed on your site, I'll order it today.

i ordered a rear MS kit for Slllygirl10 and it arrived in 2 days. order went through on monday and i picked it up on wednesday.

i ordered MS sideskirts in winning blue for my car on a thursday and i picked it up on saturday. but then again, i'm in maryland and mazda has a warehouse up in pennsylvania...so deliver was quick.

I checked with a local dealer who had a pretty decent price, but they said Mazda had no painted front bumpers in stock and there was no ETA. I'm just trying to find out if I can actually get it somewhere, or whether this is a nationwide thing. The local dealer says they can get me a primered front, but then I'd have to get it painted. That kind of defeats the purpose behind me buying a genuine MS kit.

For anyone who's interested: Here's an update I recevied from the kind folks over at Rosenthal:

The Yellow MS front bumper has been discontinued. That's handy, eh? I'm assuming it's because yellow is no longer an available color. Currently there are still sides and rears available.

When I bought my MS kit form Mazda, I was told by the parts manager (After buying) that Mazda would continue to produce the MS kit, but the pre-painted versions were a limited production. I think red and sunlight silver were the lowest on stock in their warehouse, and there were a lot of blues and blacks left.

That was 4 months ago though, so who knows what the story is now.
