So while Scott was trying to rush my Interceptor unit out to me, so I could have it in time for this Sunday's Autocross, this happens...

Talk about horrible luck. When Scott told me about it this morning, i was pretty amazed.

In order to get it out to me in time, Mazsport is sending it out via overnight mail at no extra cost to myself.
This is what I call an excellent example of good customer service. Its not their fault a boat ran into a bridge (it feels so odd just typing that), but they are stepping up to ensure I get the product in time.


Just thought i would share because this just seemed way to incredible to keep to myself

Man that sucks. Glad to hear that it will get to you in time though. Are you turboed or NA? And one more question. What part of Dallas do you live. I use to live in Las Colinas about 2 years ago at the Cabochan Apartment complex and the parking lot the picture of you car was taken in looks like the one under their apartments in the new phase.

 

Turbo, and the pic was actually taken at another location which will remain secret :X... but it wasn't at an apt complex (thats all i will say).

I live in Tampa and I don't understand what the bridge issue has to do with your inter-x. There are several roads between Tampa and St Petersburg. Even in the picture above you can see i275 just north of the Gandy bridge, and there are several others (not pictured).

 

That sucks. I didn't read the article, but I hope the bridge is still ok. Thats horrible luck.

I think the issue was the traffic jam caused by the bridge, and the delay it caused when you're already stuck in it.

Still an illogical argument. He shipped it after the accident. Trust me, the damage isn't an issue. I just drove back home not even 20 mins ago from the bridge to the north of it. Traffic was normal for the time of day.

 

Soooo.... were they rushing it to you by barge?

 

this is the funniest april 1st post i've read today. And it wasn't even posted on the 1st.

 

maybe the UPS truck with his box in it was on the bridge and took a leap of faith into the bay lol
