I want to go there one day...

 

I believe we are gonna stop at the airport there then get a cruise to the galapagos islands next year about this time. I have a friend going to brazil for her college course in a month.

My cousing was just in town from Guatemala and he absolutely loved the RX-8. He doesn't believe they're sold down there though...

Anyone know for sure?
I know when I was there a few years ago (for 2 weeks), I didn't see any.

 

I used to live down there and never saw one but apparently they sell it now, check mazdadedidea.com they have it there.

I second this, great people, gorgeous women, awesome weather, beautiful cities, cheap everything(except cars, used Rx8=$50k usd)

 

^But for a visit you wont be buying a car so it will be alright

 

I know there are several RX-8s in Guatemala maybe bought from USA, there is even a 3 rotor one racing doing pretty good. Diego Cuestas is the drivers name. Search in youtube. The 3 rotor RX-8 from Guatemala will be racing this coming weekend in Dominican Republic in the central american championship.

I travel to Guatemala a few times a year for business. Nice country.
