Rating Summary #612

Purchased a INGS replica spoiler from Brice@ Race Roots and once i received the spoiler it no where near fitting on the stock rx8 trunk...he would not accept the return of the spoiler and give me a refund, only offered store credit which i am not pleased with being the product is clearly defective and not usable. Brice also did not take the matter in a mature manner like a professional business would normally do (proceeded with attempted personal insults) obviously cannot handle the fact he has a defective product...i hope no one else gets suckered with a oversize paper weight like mine..here are another members pictures of the same incident and no suprise mine fits exactly like this owners the picture. i will never ever do business with Brice and Race Roots again..long lost customer
